Rep. Walker, Sen. Gillespie’s Offices to Reopen in Phase 5

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. – The constituent service offices of state Rep. Mark Walker, D-Arlington Heights, and state Sen. Ann Gillespie, D-Arlington Heights, are scheduled to reopen for walk-ins and appointments on June 11 in conjunction with the state moving into Phase 5 of the Restore Illinois reopening plan.

“We remain committed to providing residents with the help and services they need, especially as we continue vaccination efforts and begin recovering from the COVID-19 pandemic,” Walker said.

“Being accessible to residents is important to us, which is why we will resume taking in-person appointments, and also continue to meet with constituents virtually or by phone as we have done throughout the pandemic,” Gillespie said.

While Phase 5 calls for a full reopening of the state and the elimination of most COVID-19 prevention measures, Walker and Gillespie’s offices will maintain leading public health guidelines to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including encouraging mask wearing for those not vaccinated and proper social distancing according to CDC guidelines.

Walker and Gillespie closed their joint office last fall as a precaution against the spread of COVID-19. Their office is located at 171 W. Wing St., Suite 202 in Arlington Heights. For more information, Walker’s office can be reached at 847-749-1137 or at Contact@StateRepWalker53.com. Gillespie’s office can be reached at 847-749-1880 or at Info@SenatorAnnGillespie.org.
