Walker Closes District Office, Staff Available to Help Constituents

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. – To ensure the health and safety of his district staff and community during the COVID-19 outbreak, state Rep. Mark Walker, D-Arlington Heights, has closed his district office until further notice, but will continue to respond to phone calls and emails remotely.

“As many public health officials have noted, COVID-19 is not a virus to take lightly,” Walker said. “To make sure my staff and I as well as our community stays as healthy and safe as possible, I have closed my district office beginning Monday, March 16 until further notice.

“However, my staff and I are working remotely and will be available during regular business hours to assist constituents. You can still call our office at 847-749-1137 or email me at Contact@StateRepWalker53.com. Because of the quickly changing nature of this virus, we are taking things day-by-day. I am confident that together we can weather this storm.”
