Walker and Gillespie Invite Residents to Utility Bill Clinic March 30

ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Ill. – Looking to help residents save money on their utilities, state Rep. Mark Walker, D-Arlington Heights, and state Sen. Ann Gillespie, D-Arlington Heights, are encouraging residents to attend a utility bill clinic scheduled for Wednesday, March 30 at 5:30 p.m. at the Arlington Heights Memorial Library. “We want to connect residents with experts who know how to help people save money on their bills,” Walker said. “If you’re looking to save some extra dollars and don’t know where to start, I encourage you to drop by and see what options you may have.” "Experts from the Citizens Utility Board are ready to help working families in our community save on their utilities," Gillespie said. "Join us to learn how you can find personalized savings on gas, electric, phone and other utilities. The clinic, hosted by the Citizens Utility Board (CUB), is free and open to the public. Attendees are encouraged to bring their latest electric, phone and gas bills for a one-on-one analysis with experts from CUB who will identify hidden fees and unnecessary charges that can be eliminated to reduce monthly payments.
